At Naimor Bends, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below to understand how returns are handled for both custom and standard orders.
Custom Orders
- No Returns: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or the wrong item was sent.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your custom order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund upon verifying the issue.
Standard Orders
- 14-Day Return Policy: Standard orders can be returned within 14 days of receiving the item, provided that no discount code was used during the purchase. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- No Returns on Discounted Items: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on items purchased with a discount code.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@naimorbends.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), items purchased with a discount code, sale items, and gift cards.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to initiate a return for the original item (if eligible) and then place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
